How it works
Whether it's a shelf abroad, a restaurant menu or a price on a screen, it works the same way.
Point the camera
A label, a menu or a photo. Prizzi finds the prices and the currency (€, £, $, CHF…) on its own.
See it converted
The converted amount is written over the original price, at the same angle as the label. Rates come from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.
Compare if you like
Tap the product name or barcode to see what it costs online back home, with the shops that sell it.
Buy it here or back home?
Tap a product name and Prizzi looks it up on price comparison sites in your home country, then shows the cheapest price and the shops. It converts the shelf price too and tells you which is cheaper.
Home country can be Türkiye, Germany, the United Kingdom or Greece.
Example card; prices vary by product and day.
Small things that matter
- Official rates
- Choose the central bank's forex or cash rate, buying or selling. Without internet, the last saved rate is used.
- Freeze, then look
- Freeze the picture to read prices at your own pace, or pick a photo from your library.
- Typing an amount is always free
- No subscription needed to convert a number you type.
- Your pictures stay on your phone
- Labels are read on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking.
Try first, decide later
The clock only runs while the camera is actually converting prices. Installing at home and poking around doesn't use it up; try it in your first shop abroad.
